*If you are located outside of Santa Barbara County, sessions will be digital unless travel arrangements are provided
Time slots are scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis.​

A payment invoice will be sent prior to the start of your session. All digital sessions will need to be paid online. In-person sessions can be paid in advance online or via cash at the time of the session. You will not be able to schedule a new session until all pending payments are completed.
Bulk session discounts can be paid in full or according to a payment plan approved by Coach Kristen Berlo. Services provided by Kristen Berlo are not covered under medical insurance.

Cancellations must be made at least 4-hours in advance of a scheduled session. Any cancellations made within 4-hours of the scheduled session time will be charged full price and cannot be rescheduled.
The services provided by Kristen Berlo are NOT a replacement for psychiatric care.
